Butternut Squash Soup

1 TB butter

1 onion, coarsely chopped

                1) Saute in large pot 7 minutes.

1 TB fresh sage, chopped

                2) Add to onion; saute 1 minute.

2 ¾ lb butternut squash, chopped (5 c)

5 c chicken broth

                3) Add to pot. Simmer 25 minutes.

                4) Puree. Salt and pepper to taste.
