Bruschetta

12 slices bread, ½ inches thick

3 TB olive oil

  1. Brush oil over both sides of bread. Bake at 325 for 6 minutes on each side.

1 garlic, halved

  1. Rub garlic over toasted bread.

6 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped.

1 tsp lemon juice

4 oz feta

3 TB fresh basil, chopped

  1. Combine above. Salt and pepper to taste. Let sit 1 hour at room temperature before serving on toasts.
