Crockpot Bottom Round Roast

1 large onion, chopped

2 large carrots, chopped coarsely

                1) Place in crockpot bowl

3 lb Bottom Round Roast

                2) Salt and pepper roast, and place on veggies in crockpot bowl

1 TB mustard

1 TB brown sugar

1 TB Worcestershire sauce

1 c Port wine

2 c beef broth

                3) Combine, and pour over roast

                4) Cook on low for 7 hours.

                5) Slice and serve with rice (or mashed potatoes if desired).
