Fajitas

1 ¼ lb Flank Steak, trimmed, scored with a knife in a diamond pattern on both sides

Marinade:

½ c fresh lime juice (3 limes)

1/3 c beer

2 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

½ tsp oregano

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

2 garlic cloves, minced

1) Combine ingredients. Marinate steak 6 hours or overnight.

1 onion, sliced

1 red pepper, sliced

1 green pepper, sliced

                2) Saute 10 minues.

6 10-inch flour tortillas

1 ½ c diced tomato

½ c cilantro
