Korean Beef

12 oz Flank, Skirt, or Sirloin Steak, sliced thin

Marinade:

1/3 c sugar

5 TB soy sauce

1 TB lime juice

1 TB sesame oil

1 ½ TB chile paste (such as sambal oelek)

4 garlic cloves, minced

1) Combine ingredients. Marinate steak 1 hour.

½ c rice vinegar

2 TB soy sauce

1 TB sugar

2 tsp chile paste

                2) Bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

3 c Napa cabbage or Asian cabbage

2 garlic cloves, crushed

                3) Combine above and pour hot vinegar over. Let sit 30 minutes.

                4) Stir fry beef in hot pan for 30 seconds until no longer pink. Do not overcook.

                5) Serve beef and cabbage over rice or in soft tacos.
