Roast Cauliflower (nature’s candy)

1 cauliflower, chopped into 1 ½ inch pieces or slices

2 TB olive oil

¼ tsp salt

Bake on middle rack in oven at 450 for 25 to 35 minutes, turning over half way through or stirring occasionally.
