Sauteed Kale

1 lb kale, cut in 1” strips

                1) Steam 8 minutes.

2 TB olive oil

1 small red onion, halved and thinly sliced

                2) Saute 8 minutes.

1 garlic clove, minced

Pinch hot pepper flakes

                3) Add to pan and saute 1 minute. Add cooked and drained kale, and stir.

1 TB red wine vinegar

¼ tsp salt

                4) Add to pan and stir. Remove from heat and serve.
